Most OFW’s aspire and dream to have their own property after years of tears and perspiration overseas. Owning a house and lot or a condo unit is definitely a big part of their retirement plan.

With the improving financial condition of the Philippine economy, living near and around the central business district of the Philippines can be one of the best choices for buying a relatively affordable unit in vertical villages to be called home in the city.

Together with my survey team, we visited some of the up and coming desirable properties around the Mandaluyong and Makati areas a few days before Christmas to help our fellowmen decide which of these condominium projects will best suit their investment ventures or their quest for financially-secure retirement years.

Here are our thoughts and observations about some of the most vibrant and exciting new and upcoming projects we visited. What Will Make You Poor This Year

We just said goodbye to just one of the most emotional, heartbreaking, yet hopeful year of the century. Resilience was the overused and over-abused but truthful word last year that came out from the mouths of foreign media men, politicians, and Hollywood celebrities alike.

In my opinion, being resilient is good but not enough. If we never learn from previous mistakes in making financial decisions, calamities or no calamities, we will still remain poor.

These and the following bad financial decisions will bury you further in brokenness and anxiety. Although they may not always be applicable to you but I’m pretty sure you definitely know someone who will, in one way or another, become a (willing) victim of these circumstances. On The Way to Blogging Success with Blog Academy Philippines

A month ago, Fitz and I run a webinar about how to earn through blogging. Fitz illustrated some tips and basic essentials on how bloggers make money online and how they get paid.

While that webinar is basically just a crash course, there is another on-going online project that will focus on helping Filipinos, especially OFW’s, learn how to build a personal brand that will create multiple income streams for them as an authority blogger and make blogging as a potential money-making machine.
