Be An Investor Or Be A Loser

2012 is gone and done. Some of you may have earned a million and many a thousand bucks from your salary and bonuses from the past year. It’s something that you should truly be proud of.

Your hardwork paid off. Hats off to you!

But I have one question: Where is your million (thousand) bucks now?

It’s January 12, 2o13 and I hope you already made up your mind (and wallet) on where to put that hard-earned ‘2012’ cash of yours.

I’m hoping that you’re putting it in a money-making vehicle that will somehow support your short-term goals or  further augment your long-term program. And please, never ever follow the 10 crazy ideas I recommended to you on how to spend your bonus.

2013 is expected to be a great year ahead as envisioned by some of our country’s great financial and investment gurus like John Mangun, Randell Tiongson, Bo Sanchez, and the likes. There will be bumps and uneasy rides along the way but it’s going to be worth the time learning and committing one’s self to save and invest.

This year, I strongly recommend that you start learning how to invest in stocks, mutual funds or UITF‘s. Get yourself an insurance as well.

Crossroads: Invest or Spend

Spending vs. Investing

Inspite of the great news about the Philippine economy and the booming stock market, a bigger part of the population still view all these as an opportunity and time to be festive. And so goes the spending spree.

You should remember that when you SPEND your first fruits of labor on things that depreciate and don’t give much value, you are actually disregarding the hardwork that you’ve already put it and dedicated just to earn that precious money of yours.

When you SPEND, you lose your money right away. More than that, you may be creating more liabilities. Money left on your drawer or wallet just lose their value over time.

But if you SAVE and INVEST a significant portion of your hard-earned income, you are taking the risks to make your money grow.  You are building your assets and advocating responsibility.

Grow your money first before you spend on things that you really want this year.

Be an investor now. Don’t be a loser.

Because of the guidance I get from the Club, I’m now investing in the Stock Market (and mutual funds, bonds, UITF’s) each month! It’s amazing how I’m personally growing in my finances. I’m inviting you to join the Club too. If you’re interested, then join the TrulyRichClub NOW! And email me at burngutierrezblog@yahoo.com.ph if you have any questions.
