UPDATE, January 8, 2013 | 2:35PM (PH Time): According to COL Helpdesk, they are having difficulties at PSE with regard to the confirmation of numerous orders causing some delay and slowing down in opening of their webpages.

UPDATE, August 15, 2015 | 4:30PM (PH Time): Unauthorized/invalid log in when account number and password is typed in. Website is undergoing maintenance.

If you are still encountering such problems, you can call COL Financial’s hotline number (632)6515888 so they can post your orders with the same fee of .25%, no extra charge.

    1. Hi Rey, it’s holiday in the Philippines today and COL is doing server maintenance during weekends and non-working holidays.

      1. I have same problem, I can’t access COL website since yesterday in my PC at Home but was able to access at the office and at my mobile phone. I don’t know if there’s problem in my PC or in COL configuration. I can access other sites except COL.

        1. If you are accessing the website after trading hours, chances are their server is performing back up procedures.

          1. I cannot access at anytime till now. Planning to reformat my PC.

    1. COL’s website is normally down during weekends due to system maintenance and server backup procedures.

    I funded my col account was on March 8 2017 qatar time 17:30:47 ..col financial advise me to use a laptop because I can’t buy order just using my phone..so it takes to four months now last March 8 ..my first funding of my account..I want to know if it’s still activated or deactivate .. what would be the reason why i can’t login in my laptop with Microsoft edge to my col account…why it says.. invalid login on this site ..I tried to login since July 30 ,2017 .. always this is the reply to me..and my attempt reply me is ONE MORE ATTEMPT TO LOGIN YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE BLOCK

    1. Hello everyone, COL Financial emailed their old clients to change their passwords within 5 days to for security purposes. COL had to update their system as they were’nt able to in the past few years.

      For new clients, you also have to change your passwords within 5 days or your account will be blocked. If this happens, you can email the helpdesk or call their hotline so that they can “unblock” your account. You will then have to update your password immediately.
      Hope this helps.

    I feel glad stumbling onto your blog today. I have a problem accessing my COL account.
    First, it just says invalid account and password. I kept logging in with all entries checked. Then suddenly it says “account is blocked for exceeding number of attempts.”
    Do you know how do I get this checked?
