Kain Sa Labas Or Bring Your Baon At Work? (INFOGRAPHIC)

In the Philippines, many workers are torn between cooking or bringing food to work and dining out in fastfood chains or carinderia. It’s part of every day decision-making of many working Filipinos, humurously-speaking.

Some say it’s cheaper dining out. Some say it’s more sosyal kaining (eating) sa labas.

But some say cooking food and bringing baon is safer and more nutritious, and way even cheaper.

Whatever you decide, it’s your life anyway. Personally, I am no longer a corporate slave but we still bring our home-cooked food as much as possible.

Here’s an infographic from Blue Apron and Learnvest which shows the personal and financial benefits of cooking at home, along with some smart and healthy ways to play chef in your own kitchen again. This is in American setting but I’m pretty you will still learn in one way or another from this.
