Nang Magising si Juan – A New Edutainment TV Show!

We have been very blessed with a number of organized learning events and seminars plus a handful of invitations from respectable institutions this second quarter of the year. One of the events that we were invited to attend is the launching of the new Filipino education-entertainment TV show Nang Magising Si Juan to be aired on GMANewsTV.

The objectives of the TV show are to:

  • Engage – Educate – Inspire Filipinos to be wealthy
  • Relay the message “Money is easy to handle.”
  • Make accessible practical advice from financial experts

Tackling common money issues every Filipino can relate to, this edutainment show not only teaches practical and doable financial management, but also promotes positive values and to correct wrong mindsets in and beyond the topic of money.

“Nang Magising si Juan” directly reflects the Filipino culture – exposing our perceptions about money and attitudes towards success and even failure. This show reinforces the value of getting up and actually doing something to achieve one’s personal goals and dreams.

On the other side of the coin, this also shows that failure is part of success if one learns from it. Lessons learned lead to successes and more successes.

NANG MAGISING SI JUAN is a new money matters television program featuring comedian Ariel Villasanta and his real-life financial struggles; co-starring personal finance & investing guru Francisco J. Colayco.

The show is set to air every Sunday 8:00AM on GMANewsTV beginning May 18.
